Registration : IMI is ready to be registered in any country in order to be fully operational and to deploy under its responsibilities the staff personnel, skilled and unskilled workers of all nationalities from its own companies meaning Tunisians, Filipinos, Thai, Indians, Moroccans and Algerians. This strategy has already given its good results by putting the contractor harmless from any problems relative to the employment of these personnel in their respective countries and to avoid all the formalities especially in the Philippines and Thailand of the accreditation of the main contractor.
Letter of Invitation (LOI) : This letter should be sent by the main contractor in order to get the visa in the different countries.

IMI is ready to provide the CVs for all the staff personnel requested by the contractor and by qualifications for all the skilled personnel.
IMI Personnel Data Bank
A custom made computerized personnel data base with more than 20000 resumes is available in all the countries. Almost all of the personnel has been already employed by IMI in other projects and have been dully pre-qualified and selected.
IMI is proud to receive the Contractor’s Expert
Engineers or experts are welcome to carry out additional tests in our test centre (workshop and office) in order to prepare a final list of personnel eligible to participate in the project. Additional people in stand-by will always be available to cover eventual urgent requests.
IMI Personnel Management Procedures
Following rules and regulations in each country where IMI Group is established, the list is not limited to but includes:
Formalities at the labor department to get authorization for the personnel to work abroad (sanitary certificate, clearance certificate, registration etc.).
To get visa and maintain good relation with the embassy of the country of work site in the original country of the workers.
To organize the deployment and the departure to country of work by collecting PTA or purchasing tickets booking and other aeroportuary formalities.
To deploy a liaison officer in order to assist personnel (in/out) on the site, accommodate and organize transfers to city of arrival and proceeds to transfer to the work site.
To manage the personnel on the site through our camp boss or our coordinator.
To collect the time sheet on site, dully authorized by contractor in order to allow IMI head office to prepare the payroll.
To transfer the salaries to personnel’s accounts and to give evidence to the contractors that the salaries have been paid.
To provide pocket money at site in accordance with the rules given by contractor.
